Earlier this year in Jan my wife and I went on a Konkan Trip from Mumbai. Being winter it was just amazing and again felt in love with majestic and beautiful Konkan. Here is our itinerary:
Day 1: Mumbai to Kolhapur

Day 2: Kolhapur to Malvan

Day 3: Malvan to Devbag
Activity: Early morning Parasailing/Scuba/Underwater walk on Dandi Beach, Dolphin sighting / Other watersports at Devbag
Accommodation: Coastal Wooden Resort, Devbag
Day 4: Malvan to Ganpatipule
Travel: 5h 40m, 216Km
Activity: Kunkeshwar Temple, Vijaydurg Fort
Accommodation: Beach Front Villas, Ganpatipule
Day 5: Ganpatipule
Activity: Ganpati Temple, Ratnadurg fort, local sightseeing, Marleshwar
Accommodation: Beach Front Villas, Ganpatipule
Day 6: Ganpatipule to Dapoli
Travel: 3h 38m, 97Km
Activity: Jaigad fort, Guhagar
Accommodation: Sagar Sawali Resort
Note: You might have to take a ferry on this route. So please check in advance for the ferry timings. Alternatively, you can take the long route and skip Guhagar.
Day 7: Dapoli to Mumbai
Travel: 5h 16m, 235Km
Activity: Early morning visit to Harne Bandar for fish auction/morning walk on the beach next to the hotel
We traveled back to Mumbai with lots of good memories.
